2024 Long Beach Transit Community Value Survey
Long Beach Transit (LBT) is conducting a community survey related to the public transportation services that we provide in southeastern Los Angeles County and northwestern Orange County. LBT is seeking the opinions of community members, including you. Even if you do not currently ride LBT, your input is extremely valuable to us, and LBT will use the survey to enhance and improve our current services. Please note that this survey will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
As an expression of appreciation, individuals who complete the survey will have the opportunity to be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a $150 Visa gift card.
LBT is working with ETC Institute, an independent consulting company that specializes in transit and community-based research, to administer this survey.
